Look closely, behind the glamour in the picture before you, there is someone not so obvious to other people, just behind her.

So it is in most of life, it takes someone behind the stage for the beauty on the stage to be so glamorous and breathtaking.

It doesn’t seem fair most times, but some destinies find manifestation and fulfillment only as they help to package others for the stage.

And so, what! Do your part. The Lewis Hamiltons, Lionel Messis, Christiano Ronaldos, Chris Oyakhilomes, the Supervisors, MDs and CEOs; and the list goes on, requires other people to excel in their callings.

It takes a team to embark on a climb to mount Everest, but only one person makes the peak. In a football match, a goal most times result from a build up from the defence, through the midfield or flanks; and a Hazard, Ronaldo, Nwobi, or M. Salah scores the goal.

My advice: To keep the stage performance and performaners high up there, let us always acknowledge (and flag up) the actors behind the the glamours, heros, stars on the various stages of life.
